Recently I chipped off about half of my front tooth. 20 minutes after the incident, the dentist got my natural chipped off tooth bonded back. After 2 weeks, which is current date, my tooth chipped off again. What should I do now? My mind's in a whirl. It's 2am over here and yet i can't find emergency dental approach.

Sounds like the dentist didn't do it right. I have had my front tooth broken in half and they bonded it and reshaped it and it has been perfect for 15 years without fail. Sounds like when the dentist did it...it didn't take.
I know they can do porcelain crowns..ask if your dentist if you can do that for a front tooth
