I feel miserable, please help me!?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and had a particularly miserable day. I have been extremely nauseous every time I lie down for the past couple weeks and today I've been very nauseous even when sitting and standing. I also just started swelling the past two days significantly in my feet and hands to the point that it's painful. Also I've had a bad headache today. I drank several bottles of water over the past couple of days so I'm definitely not dehydrated. I did have dental work done (emergency root canal and a crown put in) over the weekend. Might that have to do with this? I really can not sleep when I feel this ill. I've already taken all the Emetrol I can and it helped for 10mins; that's it. Should I be concerned, call my doc; or am I just being a big wuss?

Thanks in advance!

I feel miserable, please help me!?
no no, I am due to have my son c section on March 17 so I am close to you... I am all swelled and have been feeling sick as well... I would ask the doctor for sure just to make sure things are alright, but I would say its all normal feelings, I had the same with my first son, try sleeping with a pillow under your feet... and try being on your right and left sides only... maybe drink less water but enough to keep you hydrated, its almost time hun, just hang in there :) or said above it could be pre-clamisa but they should have caught that at your last appointment, but please call your doctor to make sure all is okay, otherwise it sounds normal to me
Reply:Go and get checked out now. With the swelling it sounds like pre-eclampsia. It can cause headaches, nausea and some other symptoms.

Phone your doc or go straight to the er
Reply:yes get of here and go to the ER.............you should be concerned .............................
Reply:Call your doctor. The swelling in your hands plus the severe persistent headache could be a sign of a more serious complication.

Oh and I read if you have been vomiting for more than 2 days to call your doctor.
Reply:One thing to be concerned about is the extreme swelling, that can be a sign of pre-eclampsia (i have no clue how to spell that). the sudden boughts of naseua/vomiting are most likely because when you had the root canal, you swallowed alot of blood in the couple of days after wards which will make you sick.
