I killed steinf*cker and took the key, opened the emergency access, and melted the dental area with pyro, but i swapped the fire power for enrage and telekinesis before melting the ice infront of the funeral parlor doors. how do i proceed?
I currently have NO goal, and am just wondering around aimlessly. both little sisters are taken care of, and everytime i kill a bouncer, a new one just walks out of eternal flame...
Do i NEED to go into the funeral area behind the ice ( not the dental) to continue?
also, if i go past the RPG turret and into that next area..can I return to this medical area later on so that I can pick up all the stuff I left behind?

you have to go the emergency access and go into the sub thing. and yes, you can access all the areas at any time you want
